SpletWe've done the Lost Valley. It's not difficult really. It's quite steep and scrambly in places however and if it's wet there's a fair amount of water coming down so you need to watch your feet. There's a bit where you need to cross a stream. Depending on how waterproof your boots are you might prefer to take them off and cross in bare feet.
