Except, that puts the compressor right outside the master bedroom window. If length were irrelevant, I would place the compressor in a spot where it would need the 60′ line-set. So far I have replaced 10 linesets (20 individual lines) and have many more pending. These lines were manufactured in 2014, 15, and 16. It takes 2 to 3 years for the leaks to show up.
