WebApr 21, 2024 · As you will go in HW, you'll notice that quests start becoming slightly different, lighter and more comfortable. Also a bit more to the point. Beast quests will also drag a LOT less than they do in ARR. Basically, everything becomes a little better and better. They improved the formula with every new expansions. WebDon't worry MSQ before HW don't give that much xp as they aren't 50+ content, you will not get too far ahead, you might actually fall behind and have to grind a bit if you only do MSQ. Also, most of the important stuff like dungeons or solo duties will scale your level down so it will never let you overlevel them anyway. bonoetmalo • 3 yr. ago
WebHW dungeons also suck pretty hard, IMO. For all the hate stormblood gets, the music was better, most of the zones were better, beast tribes were better, villains were MUCH better, and patch quests were better. ARR beast tribe was reaching Garuda when they were unlocked. HW, SB, and ShB all required beating their primal/zone to be unlocked.
